Casino67
H/T:She'sRight & TheoSpark ALL IN THE FAMILY.... I missed this back in June - was it replayed over and over by the cable outlets or the MSM? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.... It seems that DNC Chairwoman's PARENTS [- yes, plural and yes, DEBBIE WASSERMAN-SHULTZ] have both been sentenced to jail time for tax evasion and political corruption [felonies all]. But they mean well! That should count for something...Right? I think the DWS parent's story has been debunked--wrong people, not her parents. Broward congresswoman, ex-county commissioner in Wikipedia mixup But speaking of DWS, what is it with Fox and hiring Sally Kohn? She is one person I find just as obnoxious as DWS and now she has a 'contributor' contract. If they wanted a lesbian, they should have used Tammy Bruce more than they do. Rheo
Top DOJ official to take Fifth on Fast & Furious A top official at the Department of Justice has decided to assert his Fifth amendment right not to testify after being subpoenaed by House investigators in the probe into Fast and Furious, the program under which the Obama administration knowingly allowed thousands of guns to flow into Mexico, where they wound up in the hands of Mexican drug lords. At least two of the guns turned up at the murder scene of a U.S. border agent. In connection with its probe, the House Oversight and Government Reform committee had subpoenaed Patrick Cunningham, the chief of the criminal division in the Arizona U.S. Attorney’s office, which was involved with the program. But this morning committee chairman Rep. Darrell Issa, R-Calif., announced Cunningham had informed the committee of his intention to assert his Fifth amendment right. Issa released the following statement:

Rheo
Carney: Obama's time in campaign mode 'is still relatively small' President Obama is spending a very small portion of his time in campaign mode, White House press Secretary Jay Carney told reporters on Friday. The time the president spends on the campaign is "still relatively small," Carney said during the daily press briefing with reporters. "That's in part because he doesn't have a primary contest. Rheo
It’s Official: Obama’s New Meaningless Campaign Slogan For 2012 Is . . . Drumroll, Please . . . “Change Is”… Barack Obama campaigned for president four years ago promising “change we can believe in.” Now, he’s running for a second term touting the ways that “change is.” The emerging slogan for the 2012 campaign, on display during a high-profile New York City fundraiser Thursday night, thrusts Obama’s social and domestic policy achievements to the forefront of his re-election pitch. Rheo
Rush Limbaugh Transcript of the discussion today. RUSH: From Bloomberg News: "TransCanada Corp. may shorten the initial path for its rejected Keystone XL project, bringing oil from Montana’s Bakken Shale to refiners in the Gulf of Mexico and removing the need for federal approval. 'There certainly is a potential opportunity to connect the Bakken to the Gulf Coast,' Alex Pourbaix, TransCanada’s president of energy and oil pipelines, said in a telephone interview today. 'That is obviously something we’ll be looking into over the next few weeks.' TransCanada’s $7 billion Keystone XL proposal to bring crude from Canada’s oil sands to the Gulf was rejected yesterday by the Obama administration. The project required U.S. approval because it crossed the border with Canada. The company may seek that approval after it builds the segment from Montana to the Gulf, Pourbaix said." Rokke
I thought "Hope and Change" was uselessly vague and undefinable. I should have guessed Obama could do even worse. Impressive that he can even screw up that which is already screwed.
