Tennessee District Attorney Blocked From Enforcing State Law Shielding Kids From Explicit Performances

A federal judge blocked a Tennessee district attorney from enforcing the state’s law shielding children from sexually explicit performances ahead of a “Pride” event after he was sued by the American Civil Liberties Union. 

The judge’s ruling comes after the ACLU filed a lawsuit this week against Blount County DA Ryan Desmond, who sent a letter to Blount County Pride saying that any explicit performances in front of children would not be allowed at a “Pride” event on September 2 just south of Knoxville. Thousands of US children underwent gender transition: Study

Thousands of children have undergone gender transition surgeries in recent years, following a trend that has "increased significantly," according to the Journal of the American Medical Association.

The study identified 48,019 Americans of all ages who had undergone some form of gender dysphoria-related surgery in the United States between 2016 and 2019.

Nearly 4,000 of those were between the ages of 12 and 18. The reasoning for including 18-year-olds, the age of adulthood, in the younger cohort was not explained, so it is unclear by the study how many who are legally children were given the surgeries.

The Biden administration has awarded an anti-terrorism grant worth more than half-a-million dollars to an LGBTQ activist group, which distributes condoms and “sex education” material, to expand its “in-school support for LGBTQ+ youth” as young as age 6.

The manifesto of its school-based group—which is based on the Black Panthers—calls for the “abolition” of the police, the erasure of the U.S. border, and the “reclamation” of all “stolen lands” by Indigenous people.

President Joe Biden’s Department of Homeland Security announced that the Sexual Minority Youth Assistance League had received a $530,000 Targeted Violence and Terrorism Prevention grant late last week.

Although the grant is intended “to prevent targeted violence and terrorism,” the grant synopsis explains that the SMYAL “will provide in-school support for LGBTQ+ youth, training for school staff and youth service providers, [and] resilience programming for LGBTQ+ youth ages 6-24.”

X, formerly known as Twitter, began to censor posts from the American Accountability Foundation (AAF) last week for exposing some of the content the American Library Association (ALA) and local libraries around the country promote to children.

On Sunday, AAF explained in a Substack newsletter that Elon Musk’s online platform slapped a “sensitive content” warning on “ALL OUR SOCIAL POSTS.” The AAF Twitter account has also been shadowbanned “so that you won’t find us in a search on X.”

 

In July, the conservative opposition research group published a long and damning thread — which doesn’t even show any pornographic imagery or explicit book excerpts — chronicling the far-left activism of the ALA under its new leadership. Now the whole account is blocked as “sensitive content” unless users have chosen to display sensitive material through their personal settings.

According to Chaya Raichik’s popular Libs of TikTok account on X (formerly Twitter), DeDe Duffy is a preschool teacher in Cape Coral, Florida. I don’t know about you, but when I was in preschool we learned how to read and write and count. Duffy’s priority, however, is turning kids “gay.”

 

Below is a transcript of the video clip of Duffy that Libs of TikTok shared. Duffy was on the verge of tears or actively sobbing and shouting throughout the entire video. She is very clearly filled with rage and bitterness.

California Dems Pass Bill to Mandate Gender Ideology Training for Teachers

California Democrats on Monday passed a bill to require public middle and high school teachers to undergo annual training on issues such as how to identify kids whose parents may not accept their new gender identities and why gender-confused kids should be able to use opposite-sex locker rooms and bathrooms.

 

The legislation would make mandatory a state-commissioned course already being written by Los Angeles County’s education agency and under the advisory auspices of powerful nonprofits that have been at the forefront in pushing gender ideology in schools, including the Equality California Institute, the Human Rights Campaign Foundation, and The Trevor Project. The bill now heads to Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom’s desk.

The training would further entrench in California schools some core tenets of gender ideology that some experts say are potentially harmful. It comes as a handful of school districts in the state have rejected California’s guidance that teachers and administrators should help kids adopt a different gender identity behind their parents’ backs.

Cleveland Catholic Schools Ban All LGBTQ+ Affiliation And Behaviors

Over 100 Catholic schools in Cleveland will no longer tolerate LGBTQ+ affiliation or behaviors.

The changes came from new guidelines on sexuality and gender issued by the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland at the close of last month. In a press release, the diocese clarified that the guidelines were a formal policy version of existing church teachings on the subject.

“Since questions of sex, sexuality, and gender identity have become increasingly prevalent in our society, it is our hope that the policy will help to ensure these matters are addressed in a consistent and authentically Catholic manner across our diocesan institutions and diocesan Catholic schools, and that those we serve will have a clear understanding about expectations and accommodations related to those matters,” stated the diocese.
