clearvision
So far this looks like a good thumpin The lesson is negative ads work I think it would have been big numbers even without negative ads. Newt got a big bump in SC, but that was strictly on a few lines in the debate there. Then dropped back to normal.
Valin
The networks take all of the fun and suspense out of elections when they call the winner seconds after polls close. Including the Panhandle? I think they did wait until 8PM when all polls closed throughout the state. well it's 7:50 here in the central time zone. Not that it would make much difference. Looks like a 15% win. Which is what Romney needed.

Rokke
On the brightside, with 80% of the vote tallied, Mitt has received more votes than McCain did last year. And it looks like the total vote count will be similar to 2008.

Valin
Bravo Newt. What are Santorum's chances? If Gingrich doesn't get out, he has two chances Slim and None. One of them will be the non Romney. The problem Romney still has is a lot of Republicans don't like him.

Really....vote against Right to Work, endorse Spector, twice. I'm trying to like him but I just don't.

Remember Rick wasn't the only one who supported Spector, George W Bush actively campaigned for him. If you are a member of a political party the R or D is what counts. clearvision
So Mitt 46%, Newt 32%, Rick 13%. Margin drops a bit, but still 46% versus 45% other conservative.
Casino67
Who are in the lineup for future candidates, in your opinion? Question is sort of vague. Future candidates in this presidential cycle? If so, I have said before that I personally don't see anyone coming along at this late date. It is Mitt or Newt all the way. Do you think there will be another entering the race?
