NAACP Activist Rachel Dolezal Not Black, Parents Say

naacp-activist-rachel-dolezal-not-black-parents-sayThe Federalist:

If there is one thing we’ve learned from the media coverage of the last week, it’s that one’s “identity” is true, regardless of the biological reality. So if a man deeply think-feels himself to be woman, he’s a woman. We even saw that the Washington Post set up an automated tool to shame any Twitter user who referred to Bruce “Caitlyn” Jenner using reality-based pronouns.

The sports and political correctness network ESPN is not only giving an award (for “courage,” natch) to Jenner, but anyone who notes the absurdity of such a designation (on either sports grounds or courage grounds), is denigrated.

And political elites have also celebrated the idea that whatever one feels himself to be is something that is so true that every knee must bow to it.Scissors-32x32.png

Rachel Dolezal profile: Who is the 'black' NAACP activist accused of being a racial imposter?

Who knew, who suspected, and how did long did Rachel Dolezal believe she could keep up the game?

These are the questions echoing around the city of Spokane after one of the region’s most prominent African American civil rights activists was accused of being a racial imposter.

Rachel Dolezal, a local leader with the National Association for the Advancement of Coloured People (NAACP) and a professor of Africana Studies at Eastern Washington University, was accused of building a career as a black figure despite records showing that she was born to white parents.Scissors-32x32.png

Hmmmm.... interesting thought. So if you can identify as a woman (in a male body) and then get all privileges associated with such, could you identify as black (event though white) and get all benefits associated with targeted minority programs like small business loans, college admission waivers, priority in government purchasing contracts, etc?

Is it prejudiced to be able to apply or prejudice not? Is she white privilege any more or not? I I I just don't know anymoreblink.png overload overloadblink.png

Passing

Mona Charen

June 12, 2015

In the 1950s and before, passing referred to a black person who presented himself to the world as white. So is it progress when a Caucasian flips it? Shall we all celebrate another historic first? Rachel Dolezal, the first white to pass as black? There is already a lot of discussion on Twitter about race and what it means. There will presumably be a back and forth about attempting to appropriate some other groups suffering, but lets face it, the left in general has a huge case of oppression envy. Its the coin of the realm. Being oppressed, or being a member of a group thought to be oppressed, brings real world benefits like deference, university professorships, and much more. This racial consciousness is an American disease that began as oppression, moved on to guilt, and has now entered the realm of farce.

They don't go fast enough, have lousy shocks and have no gears. However it must be admitted they are really good at turning and going in a straight line. smile.png

This is one of the weirdest stories this year. Did she really think it would not come out? Welcome to Politics!

As I have told neighbors (I'm the token white guy) "There are 2 groups that give a damn about someone's race, The KKK and their ilk, and the Democratic Party/Leftists. We on the Right just don't really care."

For What Its Worth....which is not much

Rachel Dolezal resigns as president of Spokane NAACP

Did she jump or was she pushed? On Friday, the national NAACP stood by her, noting there’s never been a bar to leadership in the organization based on race. On Saturday Dolezal announced that she’d address her racial identity during the Spokane NAACP’s Monday night meeting. Last night the meeting was abruptly canceled. This morning reports hit the wires that members of the Spokane NAACP wanted her suspended for lying and planned to protest at tonight’s meeting. Now she’s gone.

That’s a lot of backpedaling in not quite 72 hours. Sure looks like Dolezal and the national leadership wanted to try to ride this out and the rank-and-file said nope. So, yeah: Pushed.

It gets 'better'....

"Rachel Dolezal sued historically black Howard University for discriminating against her because she was white, according to a report."

So now she says there is no proof she was born to her "parents". No DNA test to prove it, no witness has come forward to prove it.....
