Will Trump's Momentum Overcome Potential Fraud in November?

Current projections show Donald Trump ahead of Joe Biden for the 2024 election, and it is easy to see why.

Joe Biden has proven himself to be an objectively bad president in every conceivable category and makes whatever baggage Trump has look particularly insignificant, even if you do not believe the lawfare is a means of preventing Trump from returning to the White House.

Polls show Biden is losing voters by the day, even among demographics that Democrats have taken for granted for decades.

So Trump is poised to win and win bigly, right?

I am an optimist at heart, so I want to say yes, but there remains a question we Republicans and conservatives need to ask ourselves:

If 2020 was indeed stolen, what makes you think they won't steal 2024?

Kari Lake was asked not too long ago if she believed her race for Senate would be fair, to which she encouraged viewers to "go beast mode" and "vote like your life depends on it" precisely because she believed the election was "Not fair, but I think what we are going to see is so many people pouring out to vote [that] it is going to be hard for them to keep up and pump in bogus ballots."

Occam's Razor suggests this will be the simplest solution, but one must remember how Arizona, Pennsylvania, Georgia, North Carolina, Wisconsin, Nevada, and Michigan stopped counting votes in 2020, and suddenly Biden took the lead.:snip:

Bill And Hillary Clinton Playing Behind-The-Scenes Roles In 2024 Election

Late last June, when Bill Clinton welcomed Larry Hogan to Little Rock, the ex-president realized he had an opportunity to step carefully back into the political fray. The pair was scheduled for a ticketed chat about bipartisanship on Clinton’s home turf just as Hogan, the former Maryland governor, was rumored to be thinking about a third-party presidential run via the No Labels group, which he was also co-chairing. Before they walked onstage, Clinton delicately made his view clear to the Republican, even though Hogan hadn’t asked: Any independent campaign of the kind No Labels was talking about could only benefit Donald Trump.:snip:

It's hard to see that the RNC has done much to prevent it.  :wallbash:

As I have said before (And I Could Be Wrong) IF the DNC tries to pull a 2020 this year, I've Got A Bad Feeling. At a minimum what happens if (say) 30% of Americans take a page from MLK an just  say NO. Take part in nonviolent protests, refuse to pay taxes, Refuse to take part in this federal government? From there it goes to (well) we have guns.

I know there Will Be Voter Fraud (that's a given) BUT it had not be anywhere near the 2020 level.

PACs to announce $30 million commitment to mobilizing minority voters for Biden

“The stakes of this election could not be higher for voters of color, and President Biden and Vice President Harris could not be more honored to earn the support of these three national organizations that represent both the diversity of our party and the backbone of the coalition that stood up and voted in record numbers to defeat Donald Trump in 2020,” Biden campaign manager Juile Chavez Rodriguez said in a statement.

Biden carried minority voters over former President Trump in the 2020 election, and retaining or building on those margins will be key in what is expected to be a close race in November. In 2020, Biden won Black voters by a 75 point margin, Latino voters by a 33 point margin and Asian voters by a 27 point margin, according to exit polls.

“Asian American voters are going to be key to the success of Democratic candidates up and down the ballot in 2024,” Joe Nguyễn, President and CEO of the AAPI Victory Fund, said in a statement. “Between now and Election Day, we have robust plans to persuade and mobilize AAPI voters in culturally competent ways to speak to our communities’ values — while also aggressively calling out the harmful, xenophobic policies and rhetoric coming from Donald Trump and extremist Republicans.”

The White House touted various actions Biden has taken to benefit communities of color, including forgiving student loan debt for millions of borrowers, working to address the Black maternal mortality rate, boosting employment for minorities and cutting child poverty through the American Rescue Act and Inflation Reduction Act.:snip:

Biden Trade Agency Plans Partnership With Liberal Legal Groups to Turn Out Vote

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative intends to cooperate with a liberal legal organization that routinely sues over voter ID laws as part of its strategic plan to comply with President Joe Biden’s executive order to get out the vote.

USTR, an agency within the Executive Office of the President, included working with the Brennan Center for Justice, among other organizations, in the plan obtained by The Heritage Foundation’s Oversight Project through the Freedom of Information Act. The center, a legal advocacy group, is  based at New York University.

The plan to implement Biden’s order on getting out the vote drafted by the trade representative’s office says:

USTR will develop annual social media posts on key dates that are important to voting engagement including: National Voter Registration Day (4th Tuesday in September); Election Day (1st Tuesday in November); 15th Amendment anniversary re: Black men suffrage (February 3rd); 19th Amendment Anniversary (August 18th); and National Voter Registration Act (May 20th).

In addition to featuring senior USTR officials, USTR will seek to partner with nonpartisan, public service and civic engagement organizations (e.g., Asian Americans Advancing Justice, Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund, National Pan-Hellenic Council, Brennan Center for Justice) in developing and amplifying content for these online engagements.:snip:

House Republicans Hold The Power To Stop Biden’s Federal Election Rigging

President Biden’s use of taxpayer dollars to rig the 2024 election in Democrats’ favor is a whole new level of sinister — and only House Republicans possess the power to stop him.

Two months after taking office, Biden took the unprecedented step of ordering hundreds of federal agencies to interfere in state and local election administration. Under Executive Order 14019, all departments were required to use U.S. taxpayer money to boost voter registration and get-out-the-vote activities. The head of each department was directed to draft “a strategic plan” explaining how his or her agency intended to fulfill Biden’s edict.

Federal departments were also told to collaborate with so-called “nonpartisan third-party organizations” that have been “approved” by the administration to supply “voter registration services on agency premises.” Many of these groups are extremely left-wing, such as Demos and the ACLU.

The secrecy surrounding these “Bidenbucks” in the years since its enactment prompted House Republicans to seek further information about the directive and its implementation by federal agencies.

On March 29, 2022, for example, several GOP committee chairs sent a letter to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Domestic Policy Council requesting a list of third-party organizations the administration is partnering with to register new voters, as well as the criteria for selecting such groups. They also demanded these entities provide copies of any “strategic plans” submitted by federal agencies to the White House, the statutory authority under which departments are authorized to conduct such activities, and cost estimates for carrying them out.:snip:

The Phrase Weaponizing The Bureaucracy comes to mind. Its Not the job of the Bureaucracy to get out The Vote.  That was (supposedly)  done away with The Civil Service Act.

What do you think the  response would  be if A Republican President did this with Right Wing groups?

Biden Pushing To Erase Voter ID Requirements That Are Backed By 85% Of Voters

The Biden administration appears poised to put the government’s thumb on the scale in the 2024 election, House Republicans say.

The administration’s lack of transparency about implementing President Joe Biden’s executive order for federal agencies to help get out the vote—combined with a warning from Attorney General Merrick Garland—has sparked some concern among lawmakers.

“You just saw Merrick Garland saying voter ID is disenfranchising people,” Rep. Claudia Tenney, R-N.Y., co-chairman of the House Election Integrity Caucus, told The Daily Signal. “The statistics don’t bear that out. It’s like 85% of people across all demographics support voter ID.”:snip:

MILWAUKEE TAKES ARABELLA “DARK MONEY” TO COUNT YOUR BALLOTS IN ZUCK BUCKS SCANDAL REPEAT

The Left is trying once more to privatize the 2024 election in Milwaukee, and they’re using the world’s biggest political machine to do it. It’s up to voters to save their state from D.C. mega-donors.

Wisconsiners couldn’t have a starker choice on April 2: Vote “yes” on Question 1 to ban tainted “Zuck bucks” forever—or let the Left continue selling election administration to the highest bidder.

If you needed any more evidence of the latter, consider the newly announced $800,000 grant from an opaque left-wing nonprofit to Milwaukee’s elections department to “process absentee ballots” and “connect with voters via text messages” mere weeks before voters ban such private funding.

In a bare repeat of 2020’s Zuck Bucks scheme, another shadowy group—Cities Forward—is attempting to privatize the government office responsible for counting voters’ ballots in a city that broke for Joe Biden by 183,000 votes.

State Official Faces Lawsuit From GOP Over ‘Impossibly High’ Voter Registration

The Republican National Committee (RNC) slapped Nevada Secretary of State Cisco Aguliar with a lawsuit on Friday, alleging that the state has “impossibly high” voter registration rolls.

The lawsuit alleges that the state of Nevada is failing to maintain the requirements of the National Voter Registration Act (NVRA) which mandates that voter rolls must keep “clean and accurate voter registration records.” The RNC is alleging that according to their analysis, five of Nevada’s 17 counties have inflated voter rolls which they say indicates a violation of the NVRA, the lawsuit claims.:snip:

Ohio Volunteers Uncover Massive Irregularities in Voter Database

In the spring of 2021, volunteer investigators from Ohio acquired publicly available voter data for all 88 counties and started their analysis. Over the next year the researchers found hundreds of thousands of records in their state’s voter rolls with irregular data for which they couldn’t identify consistent explanations, no matter who they asked.

Attorney General Garland promises election law fare

Who can forget October of 2020, when Joe Biden committed a gaffe? He certainly does that more or less constantly, but this one was a classic, because a gaffe is properly defined as what happens when a politician accidently tells the truth:

‘We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics,’ Biden said in the video.

It certainly worked for Biden in 2020, and his Attorney General, Merrick Garland, arguably the most corrupt and weaponized in history—that’s saying something with Obama’s “wingman,” Eric Holder in the running—is working hard to keep that organization up and running:

Speaking [in March of 2024] to a predominantly African-American crowd at a Black Selma church service, [AG Merrick Garland] said:

The right to vote is still under attack, and that is why the Justice Department is fighting back. We are challenging efforts by states and jurisdictions who implement discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary restrictions on access to the ballot, including those related to mail-in voting, the use of drop boxes and voter ID requirements.:snip:

Has anyone ever asked WHY? Why needing an ID is "discriminatory, burdensome, and unnecessary"? An Evidence for that.

Democratic ‘dark money’ machine ramps up ahead of 2024 elections, watchdog says

record amount of untraceable funds are flowing into politics ahead of 2024’s key elections, with Democrat-aligned groups raking in the most cash so far, a report produced by watchdog group OpenSecrets has found.

Dark money groups donated roughly $160 million to political committees in 2023, the largest amount for this point in any election cycle since the Supreme

Court decided in Citizens United v. FEC that committees could spend unlimited money on political communications. Democrat-aligned groups received about $84.5 million from dark money sources, while Republican-aligned committees took in just over $74 million, according to OpenSecrets.

OpenSecrets’ report defined Democratic groups as those that spent money attacking Republicans or supporting Democrats. Republican groups were defined as those that either attacked Democrats or supported Republicans.

Groups that didn’t fit into either category were labeled “other” and accounted for about $2.4 million in political spending.:snip:
