Draggingtree Posted October 20, 2020 Share Posted October 20, 2020 Spicy Roasted Garbanzos Ingredients Two 15-ounce cans of garbanzos, rinsed, drained and patted dry 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon ground coriander 1 teaspoon chile powder Kosher salt Freshly ground black pepper Instructions Preheat oven to 400°. For crisper garbanzos, use the setting for “convection roast” if you have it. In a medium bowl, toss the garbanzos with the olive oil, cumin, coriander and chile powder and season with salt and pepper. Spread the garbanzos in a single layer, making sure they’re not too crowded on the pan, on a rimmed baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, or until slightly crisp and golden brown.
