I read some of the remarks from our 'love and peace' friends. Decided not to post, since I didn't care to read but a few. Predictable hateful spew.

Trump given Remdesivir as treatment for COVID-19 infection

President Trump was given a dose of Remdesivir at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center on Friday as White House doctors recommended the antiviral drug to treat his COVID-19 infection.

White House physician Sean Conley said in a memo released by the press office that Trump did not require supplemental oxygen as of late Friday, but that doctors opted to initiate Remdesivir therapy.

"This afternoon, in consultation with specialists from Walter Reed and Johns Hopkins University, I recommended movement of the President up to Walter Reed National Military Medical Center for further monitoring," Conley wrote. "This evening I am happy to report that the President is doing very well. He is not requiring any supplemental oxygen, but in consultation with specialists we have elected to initiate Remdesivir therapy. He has completed his first dose and is resting comfortably.":snip:

'Hit of dopamine’: Minnesota media outlet openly celebrates Trump’s COVID diagnosis

"Man, anyone else just in a really, inexplicably good mood this morning?"

Kyle Hooten

October 3, 202

A website owned by the Star Tribune, Minnesota’s largest mainstream outlet, published a story Friday titled, “Let’s laugh at all these very good ‘Trump has COVID’ tweets.”

(Snip)

As this breaking story developed, City Pages Editor in Chief Emily Cassel described it as “a hit of dopamine for the first time since … March? 2016?” City Pages is a Minneapolis-based outlet.

“So President Trump and the First Lady have COVID. Man, anyone else just in a really, inexplicably good mood this morning?” Cassel began her article.

She then linked to 19 Twitter posts, all of which either celebrated Trump’s coronavirus diagnosis or fantasized about the possibility of his death.

President Trump releases update, says he's feeling 'much better' after hospitalization

President Trump released a video from Walter Reed Medical Center Saturday evening, informing Americans that he felt "much better" after entering the facility and was committed to defeating the coronavirus.

"I came here, wasn't feeling so well. I feel much better now. We're working hard to get me all the way back. I have to be back, because we still have to make America great again. We've done an awfully good job of that, but we still have steps to go and we have to have to finish that job," he said in a tweeted video.:snip:

Nice to have some coverage of support. I have never seen such vitriol in my life for a sitting President, coming from multiple sources and every direction.
