Trump Administration in FY20 Admitted the Fewest Refugees in 40+ Years; No Ceiling Set for FY21

CNSNews.com) – Fiscal year 2020 ended overnight with the smallest number of refugees resettled in the United States in more than 40 years, and no indication from the Trump administration of its refugee admission plans for FY 2021.

According to State Department Refugee Processing Center data, just 11,814 refugees were admitted to the U.S. in FY 2020, 65 percent of the 18,000 admission ceiling announced by the administration last fall.:snip:
