WestVirginiaRebel
The Blaze There's a brand-new app that allows conservatives to find "safe" businesses to frequent — and it's called 63red Safe. What are the details? App developer Scott Wallace appeared Monday on Fox News' "Fox & Friends" to discuss the new app. Wallace told the show's hosts that he created the app in response to the treatment of officials in President Donald Trump's administration in public. White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders was one of the administration officials who received abuse for dining in public. In June, the owner of a Virginia restaurant asked Sanders to leave the establishment because of her affiliation with the Trump administration. She wasn't the only one; angry people have also targeted presidential counselor Kellyanne Conway and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen while they were out in public. Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R), was also chased out of a D.C. restaurant by unruly protesters during the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh. The new app, which many people are calling "Yelp for conservatives," aims to help conservatives find businesses where they won't be harangued for their political persuasion. Wallace said that his intentions were to get "politics out of local businesses [and] local restaurants." ________ Safe eating spaces.
