Valin Posted July 6, 2017 Share Posted July 6, 2017 The Telegraph UK Henry Samuel, Paris 6 July 2017 France plans to outlaw all petrol and diesel vehicles by 2040, its new environment minister, Nicolas Hulot, has announced.
