Lynch: 'No discussion' of email probe in private talk with Bill Clinton

Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President Bill Clinton in Arizona for roughly 30 minutes Tuesday amid an ongoing Justice Department investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server.

 

The private meeting took place aboard Clinton's parked private plane at Phoenix' Sky Harbor International airport, according to a report by ABC15.

 

Lynch confirmed the meeting when reporters asked her about it during a news conference later Tuesday at the Phoenix Police Department. The attorney general was in Phoenix as part of her national tour to promote community policing.

 

"I did see President Clinton at the Phoenix airport as he was leaving and [he] spoke to myself and my husband on the plane," Lynch said.
