WestVirginiaRebel
The Blaze: Sen. Marco Rubio told CBS host John Dickerson Sunday on “Face the Nation” that he believes Donald Trump’s “America First” approach to foreign policy needs tweaking if the U.S. expects to participate in the global economy. “If all we do is sell to each other,” Rubio said, “there’s only so much growth we can create.” The Florida senator, who announced this week that he will seek reelection after all, expressed some concern over the way Trump handled Britain’s decision to leave the European Union, or Brexit. “We cannot isolate ourselves from global events,” Rubio insisted. “We are the United States of America. We’re not a small, irrelevant country. We are directly and immediately impacted by global events, whether we want to be or not.” ________ He's right, we're part of the world, but the European Union isn't the answer.
