Oil prices plunged after the world's top producers failed to reach an agreement on capping output aimed at easing a global supply glut, sparking fears it could set off another round of price falls.

Brent crude, the global benchmark, has lost 34pc over the past 12 months. We look at the countries that are sitting on the largest supplies of oil and are most susceptible to the tumbling price of crude.Scissors-32x32.png

Sweet @Geee!

I can understand Saudi frustration. Their mortal enemy just received the ability to fund terror & creat mayhem in the Saudi backyard. Libya less so.

All this a gift from our Iranian pResident Valerie Jarrett. Venezuela can't get out of it's own Socialist way, but might find a way to finance Putin's war machine & make a few shekels for the Venezuelan elite...which is probably a misnomer by way of incongruity.

The world turns...the world burns...oil that is.

It also runs on naked greed. Greed that is starkly & violently exhibited by the majority of oil producing nations. In America it's covered by a facade of partisan politics & crony capitalism...that makes it less stark & a little more palatable. The great wealth of America has insulated most citizens to the harsher realities...until an object lesson is needed to sway public opinion or alter their private "reality."

The great scam of Climate Change (repackaged from "the Seasons")...along with the Green technology that our enlightened & beneficent Progressive elites have used to "hope"-fully reorder society & redistribute wealth...is just another facet of control by more important & influential leaders. It is tied to oil, but only tangentially...in the "oh, look...it's a rabbit" vein of slight-of-hand.

I can't get too upset at the discomfort of the leaders & their oil producing countries. If & when an "end" comes...they will arrive shortly after most of us.

This sounds so much like I'm a disgruntled Occupier...but I'm really just nostalgic for something good, that either WAS, when I was growing up...or NEVER WAS by design.

In my reality, I have no influence over the grand design...only how I feel about it & live with it.
