A recent Gallup survey finds 16 percent of respondents say that government – whether it was President Obama or Congress – was the country’s largest problem last year.

Thirteen percent of the respondents said the economy was the biggest issue. Immigration and unemployment tied for third at eight percent.

According to Gallup, this is the first year since 2007 that immigration was one of the top four concerns among Americans.

Gallup surveyed 12,000 adults across the nation by telephone. The survey has a one percent plus or minus margin of error.

________

"We're from the government, and we're here to help."

Ronald Reagan had it right, as always.
