Between 2005-2010, Gen. Stanley McChrystal and Adm. Bill McRaven helped to all but eliminate the threat of Al Qaeda in Iraq. Alas, President Obama allowed the group’s remainders metastasize when he “ended the war.” So what do two former Commanders of the Joint Special Operations Command think we need to do in order to deal with ISIS? It will be a generational fight People have been saying this ever since That Day.
