Palestinian and Western Leaders: Blood on Their Hands

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry has shockingly justified the latest Palestinian murder campaign in Israel. His comments this week at Harvard University will encourage the continuation of violence and lead to further deaths of both Israelis and Palestinians.

Secretary Kerry's remarks are particularly troubling because it is unimaginable that he would provide such justification other than for the killing of Israelis. His explanation for the widespread knifings, suicide bombings, shootings, arson, firebombings, vehicle attacks and lethal rock-throwing is either naive or mendacious; perhaps both. He asserts that the frustrations of Israeli settlement activity in the West Bank are responsible for the Palestinians' murderous behaviour. Of course this is nonsense.

The reality is that this new wave of killings is a continuation of the aggression against Jews that has been going on in the territory of Palestine for many decades -- since long before the re-establishment of the Jewish state in 1948 and pre-dating the first Israeli settlements in the West Bank that Secretary Kerry falsely brands as illegal. The violence is motivated by the same racist and sectarian zeal that drives the Islamic State and numerous Arab governments and jihadist groups that have sought to eradicate the presence of "infidels," whether Jews, Christians or Yazidis, from land that they consider the exclusive preserve of Muslims.

Israel’s Ambassador Ron Dermer On The Palestinian Violence On The West Bak and Prime Minister Netanyahu’s Visit To Russia

HH: Now I’m also going to talk tomorrow night. I’ll be in Phoenix, and Governor Ducey is a friend of mine, was just with Prime Minister Netanyahu and his principal aide, Danny Seiden, was over there, and I’m going to have a cigar with Danny on Saturday night and be debriefed. I’m eager to hear if the Prime Minister’s trip to Russia came up, because honestly, Mr. Ambassador, what is going on there? Was he over there to say don’t cross this line? Or was he over there to say let’s do a deal on gas? What’s going on?

RD: No, no, he was going over there for a very specific reason. You know, your listeners know, and I know you focus on this. Syria is a huge mess. You’ve got all sorts of forces who are in there. ISIS is there, you’ve got Assad with the Assad regime, he’s a vassal of Iran. You’ve got Hezbollah, which is an Iranian terror proxy. You have various different rebel groups. You’ve got al Qaeda and its different offshoots. Syria is one huge mess. And with Russia’s entry into that theater, the Prime Minister wanted to go to visit President Putin to make clear what Israel’s red lines are. And we have very clear and simple red lines. We don’t know what’s going to happen on the other side of our border with Syria, but we know what we don’t want to have happen, and that is 1) we want to make sure that Iran is not actually establishing another terror front against Israel. They’re right now trying to create a kind of noose of death around Israel. They have Hezbollah in South Lebanon as one terror front against Israel on our northern border. On our southern border, they have Gaza through their proxy, Hamas and Islamic Jihad. And they’re firing thousands of rockets at us from their southern front against us. And now, they’re trying in Syria to open up a third terror front against Israel, and basically another Gaza on the Syrian side of the Golan Heights. And we don’t want to have that happen. And there’s about 2,000 Iranian troops that are in Syria right now. That could easily grow to 20,000. And we wanted to make clear to the Russians that we’re not going to allow for another terror front. The second thing that we’re not going to allow is for strategic weapons to be passed on to Hezbollah, very dangerous weapons that can be game changers. And Israel has taken action in the past, and we will continue to take action in the future to prevent those weapons to going into hands of people who intend us harm. And the third thing we want to make clear is that if people are going to fire rockets on Syrian territory, they’re not going to get immunity. We’re going to forcefully respond to all that. And so the Prime Minister went to Russia to make clear to President Putin exactly what our policy is so that there would be clarity, and that as Russia is pursuing its goals in Syria, and whether that means propping up Assad’s regime or going after ISIS, we wanted to make clear what our red lines are so that we don’t clash with each other.

Arab-Israeli reporter hits Arab leaders for ‘horrific and deafening silence’ on recent violence
Matt Vespa
October 16, 2015

Lucy Aharish is an Arab-Israeli reporter for i24news, where she became the first Arab presenter on a Hebrew-language television network. Recently, she commented on the recent rise in attacks against Israeli citizens from Palestinians, one of which was covered by Guy where a Palestinian ran into a crowded bus stop and brutally hacked a rabbi to death with a meat cleaver. The attacker was soon shot and killed by police. Guy added that Palestinian leaders are “blessing” these attacks, even though Palestinian Authority president, Mahmoud Abbas, said he was withdrawing from the Oslo Accords, which established the goal of creating a two-state solution.

Reporting from Jerusalem: The astonishing bias of NBC's Ayman Mohyeldin

By Richard Grenell FoxNews.com

Published October 16, 2015

NBC News foreign correspondent and Palestinian-American Ayman Mohyeldin reported from Jerusalem this week as a Palestinian man dressed in camouflage raced past his camera wielding a knife. The dramatic incident, unfolding in front of the NBC News crew, began when the man began running from and toward Israeli police after rushing past a security checkpoint. Israeli officials shouted for the suspect to stop, but he kept running toward the gate. The incident ended with the man being shot dead by Israeli police at the Damascus Gate. Mohyeldin went live to report on the incident minutes after it happened and stayed live for roughly an hour on MSNBC.

But Mohyeldin, failed to give viewers the full picture of what he had just witnessed. He failed to tell viewers for over an hour that the suspect was a Palestinian and that he was dressed in a camouflage uniform similar to the ones Israeli soldiers wear. Mohyeldin never referred to the attempted terrorist attack as anything other than a man being shot by Israeli officials. He described in detail how the Israeli police searched the dead man’s clothes and how his lifeless body lay on the ground just a short distance from where he stood Scissors-32x32.pnghttp://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2015/10/16/reporting-from-jerusalem-astonishing-bias-nbcs-ayman-mohyeldin.html

Terrorists have posted videos and manuals on social media to teach Palestinian supporters — even children — “how to stab a Jew.”

Israel’s UN ambassador, Danny Danon, displayed a how-to manual before a meeting of the UN Security Council on Friday.

“You can see with this picture what incitement looks like,” he said while showing a page. Scissors-32x32.pnghttp://nypost.com/2015/10/17/terrorists-post-videos-teaching-palestinians-how-to-stab-a-jew/

Obama outdoes his 'bunch of folks in a deli' comment

By Carol Brown

How is it that the media rushes to write headlines about black teenagers shot by white police officers (ever-assuming the incident is racially motivated), yet when it comes to jihadists murdering Jews (when incidents are motivated by religious hatred toward them), headlines are ambiguous. At best.

I’m waiting for someone to write “Unarmed Jew Stabbed by Muslim with Knife Dipped in Poison.” (Yes, Muslims are being urged to dip their knives in poison so if the knifing doesn’t kill the Jew, the poison will.)

The media has a habit of painting the violence that unfolds in Israel as something both sides initiate, as if the “clashes” that erupt are the result of a mutual propensity for aggression. As we well know, if Israel defends herself, she is slammed for having the nerve to want to live, instead of die.

Heaven forbid members of the media speak the truth about jihad and centuries-old Jew hatred. Scissors-32x32.png

JERUSALEM’S ‘THIN BLUE LINE’: AN INSIDE LOOK AT ISRAEL’S POLICE AMIDST RECENT VIOLENCE

The first sirens outside Damascus Gate are from a Border Police SUV. Then come two police cars. Then come motorcycle units of the Yasam special patrol unit, ambulances and unmarked police cars. They rush past the light rail station at Damascus Gate and over the hill toward the scene of a terrorist attack that just took place near Ammunition Hill. Some haredim gather to look down the wide road toward the scene of the attack as police block traffic. Jerusalemites stand at the light rail and watched the procession go by, numb to the events. It is two in the afternoon, and the second terrorist attack of the day has just taken place.

The capital city has been at the center of a string of terror attacks over the past two weeks, almost all of them involving knife-wielding assailants from Jerusalem and the Palestinian territories. It began on Saturday evening, October 3, when Bir Zeit law student and Islamic Jihad member Muhammad Halabi stabbed Rabbi Aharo Scissors-32x32.pnghttp://sethfrantzman.com/2015/10/17/jerusalems-thin-blue-line-an-inside-look-at-israels-police-amidst-recent-violence/

I wonder what will happen when the Israelis decide to Really use deadly force? Given that the IDF is militarily speaking the 800lb gorilla in the region. What concerns me is at some point the Israelis will reach The Straw That Broke The Camels Back will be reached.
