Draggingtree Posted August 18, 2015 Share Posted August 18, 2015 Bourbon Ice Tea · 2 cups sweet iced tea · 6 oz. bourbon · Lemon slices, preferably Meyer lemons. · Mint sprigs Mix all ingredients in a pitcher. Crush a few springs into the mix to release the oils. Pour into an ice-filled glass with additional mint sprigs to garnish. Strain into a martini glass. You can also pour it all into a highball, ice and all. I prefer to use orange soda over orange juice because I want that sharp fake orange taste that takes me back to childhood, when “artificial” wasn’t a bad word.
