Pesto Burgers

Pesto Burgers

Total time: 30 min Serves: 4



o 1 lb ground beef

o 2 egg yolks

o 1 teaspoon onion powder

o 1 teaspoon garlic powder

o 2 Pop & Cook pesto sauce strips

o 1 teaspoon salt

o 2 shots Worcestershire sauce

o 4 dashes Tabasco hot sauce (or your favorite hot sauce)

o 4 Swiss cheese slices

o 4 hamburger buns




1. In a large bowl mix together beef, egg yolks, Pop & Cook pesto strips, Worcestershire, Tabasco, salt, onion and garlic powders.

2. Heat outdoor grill and once hot grill burgers on medium heat until desired temperature is achieved. Add slices of Swiss to each burger.

3. Toast buns on grill. Once cheese is melted, dress burgers with your favorite condiments and serve.
