Houston Chronicle : Central Texas man has more than 90 public intoxication arrests

A 44-year-old New Braunfels man has racked up more than 90 public intoxication arrests since 1989, according to Comal County jail records.

 

Javier Emilio Meraz, who also goes by the nickname " The Dog," was most recently arrested July 3 on a warrant for failing to adhere to court terms regarding a prior public intoxication incident.
