Draggingtree
: The Fight Against Executive Amnesty Must Continue By: Rep. John Ratcliffe (TX-04) (Diary) | April 2nd, 2015 at 12:51 AM Like many of my freshman colleagues, I believe I was sent to Congress in a wave Republican election with a mandate from the American people to hold the President accountable for his unchecked lawlessness and circumvention of the Constitution. Lately, the headlines have been dominated by religious freedom, continued turmoil in the Middle East, more scrutiny around Hillary Clinton’s use of personal email, and ongoing chatter about 2016 GOP presidential hopefuls. While these are engaging issues, let’s not use the dynamic nature of the news cycle as an excuse for abandoning one of the most important fights of this Congress – holding the President accountable for his constitutional overreach. Valin
Anyone care to make a small wager that this will pass the House...the Senate...and be signed by the President to become an actual law? Limelight Alert! Limelight Alert! Limelight Alert! BTW Sent Money to Rep. John Ratcliffe's campaign fund.
