It includes contests, concerts and attractions. This is the rally’s 13th year on Galveston Island. WHEN: Thursday through Sunday WHERE: Festivities concentrated in Galveston’s historic downtown and Seawall Boulevard. The main drag is The Strand, 18th to 25th streets.
