Darrell Issa confirmed on On the Record Tuesday evening that the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee will decide on Friday whether Lois Lerners Fifth Amendment plea is valid. You dont get to pick and choose what you say and then refuse to answer questions, the Oversight Committee chairman argued. He expects that the committee will work to get Lerners full testimony in the coming weeks. (snip) Rep. Jason Chaffetz, also serving on the Oversight Committee, then provided updates on the Benghazi investigation.
