BISMARCK, N.D., March 22, 2013 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ – Today, the North Dakota House of Representatives has passed the first personhood amendment in the United States, 57-35.

 

SCR 4009 states, “the inalienable right to life of every human being at any stage of development must be recognized and protected.”
