New legislation that jumps the death tax to 55 percent of estates exceeding $1 million threatens 526,421 family farms, of about 25 percent of all farms in America, according to a Senate analysis.

According to the analysis from the Senate Republican Policy Committee, chaired by Wyoming's John Barrasso:

If President Obama and Senate Democrats do not act, the federal government will begin taking more than half the value of family farm estates exceeding $1 million beginning next year.

With much fanfare, a group called Responsible Wealth has launched a campaign to raise estate taxes, with a plan that would essentially begin huge new “progressive” taxes roughly where they end right now. They want the exemption reduced from $10 million to $4 million for a married couple, and everything above this limit taxed at 45 percent or higher. Included on Tuesday’s conference call were former Treasury Secretary Robert Rubin; filmmaker and philanthropist Abigail Disney; John Bogle, founder of the Vanguard Group; medical doctor Richard Rockefeller; and Responsible Wealth Project director Mike Lapham. Bill Gates Senior, father of Microsoft’s founder, was scheduled to participate but unable to attend, sending a prepared statement instead. The group managed to pack virtually every distraction, mis-representation, and outright delusion surrounding the liberal approach to fiscal policy into a single conference call snip

This is nothing more than wealth confiscation by government.

 

Part of the plan, "fundamentally changing America." It's the soft part....the confiscation by "law."

 

It's backed up by the Department of Homeland Security, the Department of the Interior, the IRS, the National Weather Service, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, the NOAA Fisheries Office of Law Enforcement and the Social "Security" Administration.....and all the agents for the same entities, with guns that require the most lethal jacketed hollow point .40 caliber pistol & .223 caliber rifle ammunition.....and all purchased last year, by the hundreds of millions of rounds, with the procurement orders of the Oblamer administration.....all on the notion that they will be paid for by you.....from the various forms of wealth confiscation, including this one.....and repaid by the lead that you have purchased.
