The former congressman takes no prisoners, accusing his former party of “30 years of apostasy” in betraying the Reagan agenda and embracing both “the welfare state” and “the warfare state. Wall Street banks aren’t “too big to fail,” but “too big to exist,” he charges. “They need to be broken up by regulatory decree.
