Draggingtree
Marinated Mustard Pork Chops Ingredients 2 bone-in pork chops 1/8 cup stone ground mustard 1 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1/2 tsp liquid smoke 1 clove garlic, pressed 1/2 tsp paprika Directions Place all ingredients except the chops in a large freezer bag. Squeeze the bag to mix the marinade. Toss in the chops, squeeze the air out, and coat them in the marinade. Refrigerate overnight in the bag of marinade. Heat a skillet to medium-high heat. Add a pat of butter, melt and coat the pan. Sear the chops for a couple of minutes on each side so they’re browned nicely. Cover the pan and continue to cook for about another 5 minutes. Before eating, check the internal temperature to make sure they’re safe to eat.
