I agree that the Ryan plan is a small step in the right direction, but it is a step and it is a plan. He sticks to his guns, stays on message, and for that I like the guy. His plan would be more aggressive if he wasn't up against the leviathan that he is. It's a slow and weak plan, and they won't even give that the light of day.
