nickydog Posted April 11, 2012 Share Posted April 11, 2012 [/img]12 chicken thighs and/or drumsticks, skinned 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1 c. pitted dried plums (prunes) 1 c. pimiento-stuffed green olives 2 Tbsp. capers 1 Tbsp. dried Italian seasoning 2 cloves garlic, minced 2 bay leaves 1 14.5-oz. can chicken broth 1/4 c. honey 1/4 c. cider vinegar Place chicken in a 5- or 6-quart slow cooker; sprinkle with S&P. Add rest of ingrediants, pouring honey, vinegar, and broth over all. Cover and cook on low heat setting for 5 to 6 hours. Serve with rice.
