Daily Caller:

MANCHESTER, N.H. — Video footage provided exclusively to The Daily Caller shows election workers in New Hampshire giving out ballots in the names of dead voters at multiple voting precincts during the state’s primary election on Tuesday.

The bombshell video is the work of conservative filmmaker James O’Keefe and his organization, Project Veritas.

Voters in the Granite State are not required to present identification to vote. O’Keefe’s investigators were able to obtain ballots under the names of dead voters at polling locations Tuesday by simply asking for them, he said.

“Live free or die,” an election worker told one of the investigators in the video. “This is New Hampshire. No ID needed.”

So how did they know the names to use? I assume they looked in obits, but they did not make that clear. Can't be too many abusing it if none of the dead names had not been used yet. Probably something quite illegal about filming poll workers, I guess he is about to find out.

Voter ID we need it.

You do understand that saying this makes you a racist, don't you? It is a well known fact that the only reason for stiffening voter laws and requiring photo IDs is to prevent blacks and young people from voting, because it is much more difficult for them to get an ID.

(I've actually had people make this argument to me.)

I will give NH a bit of a break. One of the examples used was a guy who died 3 days before the primary. No government bureaucracy could have purged their rolls that quickly. But the rolls should be purged at least before each election to prevent stuff like this. (Although it never happens in NH)

I was in line a couple of elections ago and said loud enough for others in the line to hear that 'I was voting for my neighbor who passed away. But I know how he would have voted.' Got some strange looks, but no one challenged me.

With having to show a photo ID to vote, none on these things would happen...or at least it would make it much harder to do.

This article makes me think that voter fraud in NH is really different from the way they do it in Chicago, since none of the dead voters had already showed up and voted by the time O'Keefe got there. The open primary and its results are indicators to me that the whole thing was a joke. And if photo ID is so bad, why do unions themselves insist on it when it comes to their elections?

Exactly. With a photo ID law in every state, purging the voter rolls would be of little significance.

You forgot to mention the elderly as a class of people that are discriminated against by voter ID laws. How that is, I'm not sure, since most retired people have more forms of ID than they can keep track of.

I'm not sure at what age it starts with......defining the elderly is as exact a science for libs as defining the rich.
