While it is true that there are no actual cuts, merely reductions in increase of expenditures, this is one area where even that measure should not take place. While it is true that there are no actual cuts, merely reductions in increase of expenditures, this is one area where even that measure should not take place. The DoD budget should not be immune to budget cuts, what concerns me is they will take a meat ax approach to these cuts, when what is called for is a scalpel.
