NCTexan
New York Times: Black Man’s Family to Sue White Teenagers for Wrongful Death By KIM SEVERSON ATLANTA — The family of a black man run down and killed in a motel parking lot in Jackson, Miss., filed a wrongful death lawsuit on Tuesday against the group of white teenagers it says is responsible. The lawsuit, filed in Hinds County Circuit Court in Jackson, paints the death of James Craig Anderson as a hate crime, and outlines an evening of drinking that culminated with a caravan of teenagers from a largely white suburban county intent on finding African-Americans to harass. Morris Dees of the Southern Poverty Law Center joined Winston Thompson III, the family’s lawyer, in preparing the suit, which includes charges of battery and negligence. =========================== The NY Times Slimes never misses an opportunity to stir up the Race Issue... no matter how far they have to go from NY. Oh, that is if it's a white on black incident since the others don't count. They made the Duke Lacrosse Fraud a national case and then went mute when the truth came out. The Southern Poverty Law Center is a "machine" that could well be run by Eric Holder or most of Obama's close associates. It could well be a field office of the NYTimes.
