Bush will be among the dignitaries at a World Trade Center site ceremony to mark the 10th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attacks.During his weekly radio show, Bloomberg said former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and President Barack Obama will also attend the ceremony. They will be joined by governors from New York and New Jersey.(Snip)The ceremony will be held on the highway to the west of the site. Bloomberg said only relatives will be allowed inside to look for the names of their loved ones etched into the railings of two huge waterfalls built in the World Trade Center footprint.
