Casino67 Posted July 1, 2011 Share Posted July 1, 2011 Puget Sound BusinessJournal:Administrative Law Judge Clifford Anderson on June 30 denied Boeing’s request to dismiss the case against it before the National Labor Relations Board.In a ruling written from his San Francisco office, Anderson wrote that in this “pre-evidentiary” stage, Boeing is not able to establish that it has not violated federal labor law.Boeing filed to dismiss the case last week.The case, originally filed by Machinists Local 751 against Boeing, has garnered national attention including pressure against the Obama administration by Republican leaders.
