It took 1'20" for white socks to get to the question. But I did listen to Ron Paul. I did not hear anything in which he directly states Bush is guilty of drug trafficking. He talks all around it. The headline is BS and more explosive than what Ron Paul said. "Ron Paul accuses the CIA, Bush sr, and the democrats of drug trafficking this is from an interview in 1988, explosive information that nobody listened to then and nobody will listen to now" The only thing that Ron Paul says directly is: the sooner that we get rid of the drug laws, the sooner this would end. at the end of the clip.
