Daphne Campbell has been charged for allegedly billing $300,000 in Medicaid services for patients at a South Florida retirement homes which he never provided.According to an arrest affidavit, 28-year-old Gregory Campbell billed Medicaid for treating patients even though they never lived at the facility. Authorities said Campbell shared his profits with the owner of the retirement home.The charges include grand theft, organized fraud, and Medicaid fraud.
