Reuters:

(Reuters) - New Jersey voters grade President Barack Obama slightly better than they do their Republican governor, Chris Christie, according to a poll released on Wednesday.

The Quinnipiac University poll showed Obama's job approval rating 55 percent in favor versus 41 percent against in February, up from 50 to 45 percent in December and a negative rating of 50 to 46 percent in November.

Meanwhile New Jersey voters approve of the job Christie is doing by 52 to 40 percent, up from 46 to 44 percent approval in December.

By 54 to 35 percent those surveyed said Christie's first year in office was a success.snip
