Seven percent are unsure.Little has changed since the last national McClatchy-Marist survey. In that September poll, the same proportion of the national electorate — 50% — disapproved of the president’s job performance while 45% approved. Five percent were unsure.“The battle lines are drawn for the midterm elections,” says Dr. Lee M.
