A well-known pro-life author, sidewalk counselor, and father of seven was the latest victim of a U.S. Department of Justice-sponsored SWAT raid and arrest — for supposed “FACE Act” violations — at his rural home as his children looked on “screaming.”

Mark Houck is the founder and president of The King’s Men, which promotes healing for victims of pornography addiction and promotes Christian virtues among men in the United States and Europe…

…Ryan-Marie, who is a homeschool mother, explained the SWAT team of 25 to 30 FBI agents swarmed their property with around 15 vehicles at 7:05 a.m. this morning. Having quickly surrounded the house with rifles in firing position, “they started pounding on the door and yelling for us to open it.”

Before opening the door, she explained, her husband tried to calm them, saying, “‘Please, I’m going to open the door, but, please, my children are in the home. I have seven babies in the house.’ But they just kept pounding and screaming,” she said.:snip:

I'm looking at January 20 2009 as the day when All this really took off. Remember when St. Barack told us he was going to "Fundamentally Change America"?

The trial starts today in Philadelphia for the pro-life father of 7 and subject of an armed FBI raid. Several dozen supporters were outside the courtroom today. Mark Houck is charged with violating federal law for reportedly assaulting a Planned Parenthood volunteer in 2021. A charge he strongly denies. Jury selection took part this morning. The case could be wrapped up by the end of the week. Houck is facing 11 year in prison. Attorney Matt Heffron joins to share how he sees this case playing out and what a best case scenario looks like. Heffron tells us about the FBI raid on Mark Houck's home that threw this case into the national spotlight. He discusses how the Houcks are doing as this was a pretty traumatic event. The FBI is under a lot of scrutiny these days from conservatives, pro-lifers and now the House of Representatives. When it comes to these reports of FBI aggression, or also passivity when addressing attacks on pro-life centers, Heffron explains whether he foresees the outcome of this case turning the tide in any way or setting a new standard.
