HBO's Bill Maher articulated the big question when it comes to the explosion in the number of transgender children in recent years.

 

"If this spike in trans children is all biological, why is it regional? Either Ohio is shaming them or California is creating them," he wondered Friday on "Real Time."

 

"Never forget, children are impressionable and very, very stupid," he recalled.
