On Wednesday, four justices appeared poised to rule that Oklahoma does not have prosecutorial authority over crimes committed by non-tribe members against tribe members on reservations. It’s not clear, though, whether there is a fifth vote.  :snip:

It seems to me the whole "Reservation" issue needs to be revisited.  

I have a friend (VERY Left wing. Worked for a while at the casino outside Hinkley Mn. didn't have much good to say about how it was run.
