“We cannot afford a pre-911 mentality in the attorney general or president of the U.S.,” Cornyn said of the current government’s foreign policy.
“We need photo ID to buy beer, over the counter cold medication and go on to airplane,” Cornyn said. “Voter ID laws are necessary to safeguard integrity of the ballot.”
