Fired Fox News personality breaks confidentiality agreement, claims his exit was a 'set up'

Former Fox News personality Bob Beckel claimed that his exit from the network was a "set up," and that his comments on the matter broke a confidentiality agreement during a radio appearance on Sunday.

 

He was interviewed on "The Weekend Report" on KFTK 97.1 FM, a St. Louis-based radio station. Beckel spoke about his exit despite telling show producers that he was not permitted to speak on the matteBeckel, who was one of the original hosts of The Five, left the network in May, 2017 after he allegedly made "an insensitive remark to an African-American employee,” according to a network statement.
