Longer-lived and more haunting than any curse the Democrats could come up with, are the words left on the public record by Driscoll at the end of the lawsuit At a 2008 news conference in her attorney’s office, Driscoll, who claimed Burton sexually harassed her by making unwanted advances, using suggestive language and commenting on her body, left haunting words at a largely unreported news conference in her attorney’s office: “I had a dream of helping homeless children through a job I loved.
