clearvision Posted January 30, 2015 Share Posted January 30, 2015 Bloomberg: Greece’s government risks isolation in the European Union by threatening to break ranks on sanctions against Russia and ditch its bailout deal, German Chancellor Angela Merkel’s minister for European affairs said. “Greece is firmly anchored in the mainstream of the European Union,” Michael Roth, who’s also deputy foreign minister, said in an interview. “I can only hope that this is where it wants to stay.” ------------------- First I heard they were starting to cozy up with Russia. clearvision Posted January 30, 2015 Author Share Posted January 30, 2015 Russia might bailout Greece – finance minister Greece hasn’t outright asked Russia for a loan, but Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Moscow wouldn't rule it out. His statement comes days after Greece openly opposed further economic sanctions against Russia. Pssst. Pssst! We godda deal for you.
