Valin
Washington Times: Jennifer Pompi Monday, January 26, 2015 Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl, who was released by the Taliban last year in exchange for five prisoners, is being charged with desertion, retired Lt. Col. Tony Schaffer told Bill O’Reilly on “The O’Reilly Factor” Monday. Mr. Shaffer, who now works for the London Center for Policy Research, said two separate military sources have confirmed to him that Sgt. Bergdahl’s attorney has been given a “charge sheet,” listing out the articles of the uniform military code that have been violated. “The army has come to its conclusion and Bowe Bergdahl will be charged with desertion,” Mr. Shaffer said. Cyber_Liberty
I hope it's true. All the stories I've seen this morning are based on the O'Really interview last night, and I'd like a little more to go on before I uncork the Champagne. I want this sonuvabitch weasel stripped of his stripes and pension, and assigned to the task of making large rocks into little ones for the next 20 years. I wish it were legal to assign his mommy and daddy to the same task, but UCMJ only applies to soldiers. Good men were killed trying to rescue his sorry ass, a sin for which he can never atone.

For What Its Worth...that would be not much Slate Says No So we'll continue to wait.... I find it interesting the White Hut is sending people out to deny, deny, deny. I want to know if Susan Rice is booking Sunday morning show appearances? That'll tell us what's going on.

Draggingtree
Ayotte: White House “missing the point” on TalibanPosted by Amy Miller ▪ Friday, January 30, 2015 at 7:32pm No labels? Senator Kelly Ayotte (R-NH) appeared on Fox News this week to take the White House to task over its weak stance regarding evidence that one of the five former Gitmo detainees released in exchange for Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl has been in contact with Taliban operatives. But Sen. Kelly Ayotte, R-N.H., in an interview with Fox News, raised concerns that the five freed fighters might indeed be planning to return to the battlefield in the coming months, particularly after strict monitoring in Qatar is over. http://legalinsurrection.com/2015/01/ayotte-white-house-missing-the-point-on-taliban/
