Contingency for what? Contingency to maybe fight back? In 2012 an administration official declared defined ”the war on terror is over.” Did some leader from the axis of terror surrender? If so, when? Where did it take place? Did we get a signature? Did we collect their arms? Have we cut off their ability to resume war? Eleven years ago an attack by radical Islamic terrorists precipitated offensive American actions in Afghanistan in the following month, October 2001. With less than 100 Special Forces the United States expelled the oppressive ruling Taliban from Afghanistan (Oct 7 – Dec 7, 2001) — the country which had sponsored Osama Bin Ladin’s terror training and planning of the 9/11 attacks killing more than 3,000 innocent Americans, injuring many more, while directly assaulting the command and control center for all American military muscle world-wide, the Pentagon. Civilians and military personnel alike were the targets of the vicious unprovoked attack.
