In his first in-depth interview since his “retirement” and a frightening letter to Congress, ousted U.S. Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott sounded the alarm about “the avoidable and rapid disintegration” of our nation’s border security. Finally free to speak out, Scott, a 29-year veteran of U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), had much to say about President Joe Biden’s “worse than ever” immigration policies, which are contributing to the increasingly dangerous situation not only at the southwestern U.S. border but deep inside the country’s interior. Scott claims the situation is much worse than the administration has told Congress and the American public.

The Biden/Harris administration has been almost completely AWOL on the border this year. While they’re in Glasgow fixing the alleged climate crisis, our Border Patrol agents continue to be overwhelmed trying to stem the flow of illegal immigrants, while having their hands tied by the Biden agenda. This fiscal year there have been over 1.7 million arrests on the southern border – the highest number ever recorded. And that’s just the people who were caught crossing the border illegally. In the past few months there have been around 1,000 additional people PER DAY whom Border Patrol refers to as “gotaways.” Those are people whom the Border Patrol may be aware of through surveillance, but are unable to apprehend because of lack of personnel. In all the useless political border debates, we rarely get to hear from people with firsthand knowledge of what’s really going on at the border. Glenn gets the insider exclusive from the recently ousted U.S. Border Patrol chief, Rodney Scott. He is a 29-year Border Patrol veteran who served under five different presidents. But only one president decided to politicize Scott’s position. Rodney Scott wanted to wait until it was the right time to talk – and that time has arrived. The is the true insider account of the massive border and national security crisis few are willing to expose under President Biden.

Biden's Border

  • Fiscal year-end figures provided this month by the Department of Homeland Security show that 2021 was the record year for all-time high apprehensions on the southern border. Federal agents apprehended 1,659,206 illegal immigrants at the southwest border in 2021, breaking the previous high of 1,643,679 in 2000.

  • The Biden administration, despite an August 2021 court ruling by Texas-based US District Judge Matthew Kacsmaryk, continues to find ways through policy rules and memoranda of instruction, to circumvent the law and permit unlawful entry.

  • [T]he Biden administration has also decided to skew the numbers more favorably toward their goals for an even more "open borders" unrestricted immigration with a new policy directive from Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas... fencing off a number of new "protected areas" where no immigration law enforcement activities are permitted.

  • Border communities and states will feel the impact of Biden's policies first and the hardest, but what this administration has unleashed on the nation at-large will have enormous consequences for every facet of our society: housing, healthcare, education, services, public safety, quality of life, employment, economics, the justice system, and – of course – voting rolls. The voting issue is indisputably altered in California under Governor Gavin Newsom, where election officials mailed unsolicited ballots state-wide, reportedly enabling "Cheating in plain sight."

Border Crossings Are at an All-Time High. The Homeland Security Department Is Prioritizing ‘Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.’

As patrol agents are overwhelmed with an all-time high number of crossings at the southern border, the Department of Homeland Security is prioritizing "diversity, equity, and inclusion" (DEI) in the 2022 fiscal year, according to documents reviewed by the Washington Free Beacon.

In a November report that outlined initiatives for agencies such as Customs and Border Protection, DHS listed compliance with federal regulations as first among six "priorities." The second was "diversity, equity, and inclusion"—above "customer experience" and "cybersecurity." The department sent the report to staff members following a town hall-like meeting, during which agency heads emphasized to staff the importance of DEI efforts.:snip:
