The Pennsylvania Supreme Court has vacated the sentence of comedian and actor Bill Cosby on Wednesday.

The court's ruling will allow the 83-year-old to leave prison a free man. The court found that he had an agreement with a previous prosecutor that prevented him from being charged in the case.

Lawyer representing Cosby accusers: 'He is not released because he is innocent'

An attorney representing three of Bill Cosby’s accusers objected to the Wednesday decision from a Pennsylvania appeals court that set him free over a previous agreement he made with a former district attorney.

"He is not released because he is innocent," Lisa Bloom tweeted. "He is released because a prosecutor promised him years ago that he would not be brought to justice, without even making a deal for him to do time.":snip:
