Geee Posted November 30, 2020 Share Posted November 30, 2020 Lawsuit seeks to nullify Wisconsin election result A new lawsuit is asking the Wisconsin Supreme Court to toss the results of the presidential election, arguing that the state’s elections commission encouraged “illegal” absentee ballot drop boxes to be placed across the state. The petitioner in the case, voter Dean Mueller, claims through attorney Karen Mueller that the Wisconsin Elections Commission’s direction led to more than 500 drop boxes being placed in municipalities without legal authority. “Therefore, the ballot drop boxes that it encouraged the elections official to set up in 72 counties throughout the State of Wisconsin are illegal. Unless the Democrats really did steal the Presidential election for Biden. If it can be Proved in court, then we are in for a very interesting 4 years....and not in a good way. It Appears to me, that no matter the outcome Vast numbers of citizens (30-40-50 million?) will not accept to results. I've been following Presidential races since Nixon v Kennedy, and reading about them going all the way back to the founding. Nothing like 2020, 1800 Jefferson v Adams comes close, but only Close. Warren Davidson, R-Ohio, said Thursday during a House Freedom Caucus press conference outside the Capitol. “There are concerns and sworn statements of fraudulent activity, criminal activity, in this statement, in this election, and they deserve to be investigated,” Davidson said. “The Department of Justice exists to do that, to assure the American public that the country represents justice, that justice will be done.” On Tuesday, Rep. Michael Cloud, R-Texas, wrote a letter to Barr, co-signed by 36 other members of Congress asking the attorney general to release Justice’s findings.
