The mistake was discovered on the fifth day of the recount. Judge James Russell of the First Judicial District Court will hear from attorneys representing President Trump's campaign at an evidentiary hearing on Dec. 3, at which up to 15 witnesses may be deposed, Russell said. "The complaint is kind of a very limited nature, challenging basically the machine used in Clark County," the judge also said. Trump campaign attorney Jesse Binnall said that the bulk of the evidence in the case will come from deposed witnesses. (Snip) "A lot of people in the national media have said, 'if you have evidence of voter fraud, show it.' Well, we have thousands and thousands of examples of real people in real-life instances of voter illegality. Here is one comment in a discussion I had Quote You’re wrong. Hillary did win the popular vote - so she was definitely chosen as “the people’s” President. But unlike delusional Trump, she never tried to overthrow or overturn the results.Biden DID win. Votes have been counted & recounted. What happens IF another election took place & Biden STILL won? *Which he likely would....*. What recourse would Trump have then? This mess with the Republicans is all a hoax. Trump’s time is up. "Technicians from Dominion have been dispatched to resolve the issue," Fulton County officials said in a statement reported by WXIA-TV, a local NBC affiliate. "The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has also been alerted to the issue and is aware of efforts to resolve the problem." Fulton County officials told the outlet that a newly purchased Dominion mobile server crash was to blame. The Washington Examiner reached out to Dominion for comment. Dominion, a leading voting machine company whose products are used in several states, has been the focus of voter fraud claims by Trump and his allies. Sidney Powell, an attorney from whom the Trump legal team distanced themselves in recent days, has a federal lawsuit alleging widespread voter fraud in Georgia, and she claims that state officials, including Gov.
